I find this short article in Saudi Gazette a bit confusing. On the surface, it appears that the Saudi government has taken away most of the work of the Ministry of Education and put it into the hands of private enterprise. That wouldn’t be a bad thing, necessarily, as private business tends to be both more accountable and more result-oriented than government bureaucracies.
